Home-made Butter!

Yesterday, my daughter made herself some waffles and my first thought was to make some whipped cream to top them.   I found the recipe about how to whip cream using the Vitamix, but it required that my cream was well chilled inside of the Vitamix container.  (Not enough time, the waffles were already done.) So, instead, I decided to try to make butter instead - and it worked! I just put the cream into the Vitamix and within 30 seconds I had butter.  I poured out the buttermilk, added a bit of water for the final washing (turned the machine on low a few more seconds) and I was done.

Butter is BETTER! Butter is natural and it's naturally best when it comes from the milk of grass-fed cows just as God intended.  (Psalm 104:14 He makes grass grow for the cattle, and plants for man to cultivate - bringing forth food from the earth)
