Lamb and Lentil Chili over Buttered Whipped Cauliflower

YUMMY!  YUMMY!  YUMMY!

I was away all day today, but before I left home I put dinner into the crock pot to make chili that I'm enjoying just as I type.

Here is a list of ingredients that went into the crock pot - use quantities to your liking:


  • cooked ground lamb
  • 12 hour soaked red lentils
  • red bell pepper
  • tomato juice
  • an onion
  • fresh garlic
  • cumin
  • chili powder
  • coriander
  • cinnamon
  • salt and pepper

Served over steamed cauliflower that has been whipped in the food processor with butter. So good that you might want to eat the cauliflower by itself.  (Don't knock it until you try it!)
